WHAT WE  HAVE DONE  FOR OTHERS

Case Study A:  This is an innovative charity work with grass root farmers in Africa and helping to achieve sustainable income. The existing Finance Director left in the middle of annual audits, and  needed someone to start immediately without any hand over. Further five members of the finance team also left the charity just after the departure of the finance director. We stepped in the finance director role initially for five days and then reduced to 2 days a week. The assignment focused on rebuilding the team, completion of audit and keep the business running smoothly. While we initially focused to sign off the audit and then concentrated in building the wider finance team including the finance managers based in overseas countries. 

Case Study B: A global networking organisation with a mission to provide access for the the voiceless and marginalised communities  in the mainstream media. It went through major changes, closed  subsidiaries, established another organisation and reorganised governance structure. In that uncertain situation, they needed to help in their change process while keeping the day to day maintenance of finance and other support services. We acted as Part- time finance director with 3 days/month involvement ensuring that all aspects of financial management include company secretarial functions.

Case Study C:  An international development NGO providing access to books and educational materials to underprivileged people. A major reorganisation was carried out to cope with the reducing general reserve due to falling income. We were invited to take over the interim Finance & Support services role to a) keep the service going and b) reviewing the existing structures and way of working to improve efficiency and effectiveness.  We analysed the business process and came up with an improved way of working  that resulted around 8ok annual cost savings with  better satisfaction of all stakeholders. After two years, We are still providing the finance director service (average 2-day  week) as outsource partners.


We donate 1% of our pre-tax profit to charities and good causes.
